Why Choose Balmoral Medical Practice
- Our doctors are highly trained, broadly experienced, curious, and very good listeners
- We offer long consultations to more rapidly reach an accurate diagnosis and the right treatment
- We take the time to know our patients, learn the family & social history intimately (allowing better diagnosis), and we look after multiple generations in each family
- We have on-site pathology & ECG provided by Douglass Hanly Moir (DHM) with the biggest diagnostic laboratories in NSW
- We have an onsite Urgent Medicines Pharmacy, so an infection, shortness of breath, or pain can be treated immediately
- We see patients on time and do our utmost to prevent waiting, by limiting consultations to the booked time, by ensuring patients book longer consultations for foreseeable multiple or complex problems, and by calling and communicating in advance with our patients
- We have a higher level of urgent care experience than other medical centres because our doctors have many years experience managing adult and paediatric emergencies in hospital Emergency Departments. This experience has saved the lives of at least 10 patients in the last 3 years
