Joice is an experienced Registered Nurse, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Sao Paolo, Brazil. Joice worked for 9 years in private medical, cardiology, & surgical hospital wards in Brazil. Since 2017, Joice entered General Practice and has worked for 5 years specialising as a Practice Nurse.
Joice assists with the management and monitoring of chronic conditions, mental & organic healing, and achieving wellbeing. She enjoys childhood immunisations, baby checks, advising about maternal health, and other aspects of women’s health. As our comprehensive & full-time Practice Nurse, Joice also:

- manages wounds
- does urgent ECG’s
- reviews diabetic complications
- is a surgical assistant to our GP surgeons
- prepares Comprehensive Chronic Care Plans & Annual Health Assessments
- does home visits
- supervises intravenous iron & antibiotic infusions
In her spare time Joice enjoys being a mother, picnics at the beach, and catching up with friends & family
